Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Soul Innate accepts returns of unused products within 7 days from the date of product delivery. Call or dm us on 6364209631 or send us an email on soulinnateinfo@gmail.com for return.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition at our warehouse, Soul Innate will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs, as the initial shipping fee cannot be refunded). The shipping cost will depend upon the location and it's distance from our warehouse. The refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable guidelines, notifications, or laws set by regulatory authorities such as RBI. Please note that it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing the cancellation request or receiving and verifying the returned product at our warehouse. For cash on delivery transactions, refunds will be made through account transfer or upi based on the details provided by you.

Please note that discounted items are not eligible for returns. The returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received; otherwise, they may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for the return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. We strive to accept all returns, but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you. All returned goods will be thoroughly inspected.
