Shipping policy

We strive to dispatch all ordered products within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. When you place your order online, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Please note that Soul Innate insures each order during transit until it is delivered to you or collected. It is important to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products upon collection, as it signifies your acceptance of responsibility for the ordered products from that moment onward. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser or if it is a gift delivery, the signature will be considered as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES (based on selection): All domestic orders are delivered free of charge.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There are no additional charges. The total payable amount will be indicated on the individual items.

DELIVERY TIME: The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and the services of our logistics partner. However, we aim to deliver orders within 4 to 7 business days, excluding public holidays.
